- On the territory of the festival it's categorically forbidden to have, to use and to diffuse any alcohol, drugs and other things which result in the drunk state;

- Drunk persons won't be assumed on the territory of the festival;

- It's forbidden to bring in and use any instruments which can threaten life or health of participants of the festival;

- It's necessarily to wear badge all the time. It's needed to show badge without guard's request at the entrance and exit from the territory of the festival, and also on every request of guards, registration group.

- Persons which will ignore these rules will be pushed out from the territory of the festival by guards.
