Volunteers are relly very needed here, because they make the festival become a reality! These are the people who put there time and energies into organization of this event. When UPfest was happening for the first time, nearly 80 volunteers were involved in it.

How is it to be a volunteer?
– they get an experience in team work in one of the groups
– they have a free enterance on the festival
– they are a part of a big event together with all organizers and participants
– they get new friends and impressions


– you must be older than 16
– the UPfest rules are the same for you, as for each participant; so in a case of violation, the same measures will be used to you
– you have to go through a few days preparation, trainings before the festival
– you have to do your work honestly, be on a place where you must be, in another case your identificator will be taken from you
– you have to stay after the end of the festival to the end of the day (17th of august) and clean the territory together with others
– your busy time on festival will be on average nearly 4-6 hours a day
– during the free time you can visit all events that are on the festival
